  • Covid -ve Certificate not Mandatory

  • Epass is not required.

  • Health Screening:
  • To enter the State:
  • By Air -
  • One dose/ Both the doses for vaccine à no RT-PCR Report required
  • No vaccine à Mandatory RT-PCR Negative Report needed for Tests done under 48 hrs. from an ICMR Certified Lab prior to reaching the Destination
  • By Road -
  • No vaccination à Mandatory RT-PCR Negative Report needed for Tests done under 48 hrs. from an ICMR Certified Lab prior to reaching the Destination
  • One dose/ Both the doses for vaccine à Mandatory RT-PCR Negative Report needed for Tests done under 48 hrs. from an ICMR Certified Lab prior to reaching the Destination + Vaccination Certificate

  • Domestic Passengers:
  • Mandatory for all passengers arriving into Goa from other States/UT to be in possession of RT-PCR/TrueNAT/CBNAAT/Rapid Antigen Test negative report from ICMR accredited labs done within last 72hrs. RT-PCR/TrueNAT/CBNAAT/Rapid Antigen Test timeline starts from the swab collection time. Passengers not fulfilling the requirements shall be denied boarded at the origin station
  • Travellers from other states are allowed to travel in Goa
  • COVID Test not required.
  • No need of Quarantine
  • International Passengers:
  • Thermal Screening upon arrival is carried out by APHO and passengers shall submit self-declaration form.
  • Rapid Test Mandatory for all arriving passengers. If report comes positive, passenger will be sent to COVID Care Centre as per State Govt. guidelines.
  • If the test report is negative, passengers are allowed to proceed for 14 days of Home Quarantine.

  • All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App

  • Operating Status:
  • Destination is not yet declared to be open for Tourism.
  • Some Hotels are Open
  • Sightseeing points are closed
  • Water sports activities on the Beaches are not allowed till 30th Sep.
  • Hotels and Bars are operational from 0700 hrs. - 2100 hrs. with only 50% seating capacity
  • Take-aways and ordering food from aggregators are being encouraged.
