- Covid -ve Certificate Mandatory
- Epass is required.
- Health Screening:
- Epass from https://eregister.tnega.org/#/user/pass.
- Entering Via CJB
- Covid -ve report required (tested 72 hrs. prior). All entrants who present the Covid -ve certificate at entry point are expemted from testing irrespective of their state of origin. RAT is not valid.
- Entering Via Any Airport Except CJB
- people coming to Tamil Nadu from Kerala and Maharashtra will have to undergo a mandatory home quarantine of seven days. Covid testing to be done to only symptomatic passengers coming from other states/UT/countries. Customers who undergo test on arrival and are:
- No tourists allowed till further notice
- Domestic Passengers:
- Travellers from other states are allowed to travel in Tamil Nadu
- 07 days of Home Quarantine & 07 days of self monitoring for all passengers arriving into Tamil Nadu from Maharashtra & Kerala.
- 14 days of self monitoring for all passengers arriving into Tamil Nadu from other states/UT.
- Passengers undertaking business trip and returning within 72 hours are exempted from quarantine. In such cases, the individual shall furnish valid return document.
- All passengers travelling to Tamil Nadu shall be required to register on State website and obtain auto-generated TN e-pass - https://tnepass.tnega.org/
- If any passenger carrying Negative Report on arrival, it would be verified by the medical team and decided by the Health officials on Resampling.
- All the Passengers who are travelling to Tamil Nadu from other countries should have negative RT-PCR test report (test taken within 72 hours prior to the arrival).
- International Passengers:
- All passengers coming from other countries have to undergo 14 days of home quarantine. (During the period, if the individual develops fever, cough, breathlessness they shall visit health facility)
- Passenger obligation:
- COVID-19 Negative Certificate is mandatory while travelling.
- Operating Status:
- Hotels Closed
- No non-essential movement allowed during the lockdown
